My friends think im obsessed with coffee just because i encourage everyone i meet to drink coffee haha:)

Of course its a bit of an exaggeration but who doesn’t love the smell and taste of coffee, my favourite is small cups of espresso which just boosts all my energy upon smelling it:p

Okay enough chit chat about coffee and lets get back to the tiramisu

An incredibly delicious italian dessert with shots of espresso and finger biscuits, Tiramisu is definitely one of my favourite top 10 desserts of all time.

Usually raw eggs is used to make tiramisu but it is being substituted with yummy custard in this recipe.

Tiramisu is made with normal coffee but to enhance the coffee flavour i prefer to make tiramisu with espresso, i think you may understand why…:)DSCN1200

Lets get on to the recipe now

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1-2 packs of finger biscuits
  • 1 tub (250g) Mascapone cheese
